It's important because no child or teacher should be tormented verbally, mentally, emotionally and physically because of there physical appearance or on a judgmental and stereotypical approach from bullies. Bullying causes both youth and adults to commit suicide or cause the victims to retaliate out of anger which could be fatal and schools are the main target. Our children should feel safe to attend there schools and be completely focus on getting the best education possible instead of getting the worse butt kicking possible. If teachers are afraid of students then the discipline that is needed will decrease and then the student will become the teacher. By implementing this program we can decrease bullying in schools and more effective support for previous victims of bullying.
