Corruption, the cause of the U.S debt, exists in every facet of life. Contractors and corporations willingly accept money for business. The problem is how well is the money being spent? The questioning of every single mini-transaction in a deal would ensure that no money is being pocketed or wasted by the contractors themselves.
Implement an anti-corruption squad similar to the one established in Quebec, Canada. This squad will be responsible for investigating corporations and contractors for mishandling of funds. Any funds seized by the squad would easily pay for the cost of implementing one and would lower the debt significantly.
