Implement a civics draft of all graduating high school students to promote citizenship, teamwork, and life preparation.

Created by K.L. on February 16, 2013

Implement a 'draft' that promotes civics, skills training, and personal development. Mandatory for kids after finishing high school when they become removed from cliques and bravado. The Government (with private contributions) runs it. Duration would be six to eight weeks. Use proven business training course techniques. Utilize military bases for housing. Having kids live together will teach independence, problem-solving, work ethic, and getting along with others from different backgrounds. Teach basic skills such as relationships, finances, health, self-defense, nutrition and diet, conflict resolution, civics, fitness, etc. Provide physical and mental health check-ups. Cover current events. The return on investment would be better prepared citizens entering adulthood.
