Implement control over internet motion content in similar to Motion Picture Association of America film rating system.

In the early 1900's when film making started to become a form of entertainment it became clear that such form of entertainment could influence people and modify thought and behavior. A Film Rating System was created and since then, this system has evolved to control who can be admitted, physically, to theaters to watch films based on content and age. The system is meant to protect young minds from content that is beyond their ability to comprehend it and separate fact from fiction. We need a similar system today to for the internet to protect our children from content that is beyond their ability of comprehension and far beyond responsible film making. Content hosts should be responsible for VERIFYING AGE BEFORE VIEWING. Protect our young minds.
