implement drug testing for welfare and unemployment benefits.

We, the people, would like to petition the Obama administration to implement drug screening laws for unemployment and welfare. I believe that implementing these laws would not only help a little with unemployment by creating more active job seekers, but would also help in keeping people from sitting around on welfare, and unemployment getting high, and drunk because they don't have to work. Quit using taxpayers money to pay for people who would rather get high/drunk and be lazy, rather than get a job and work for their money.
