Implement either a statewide or nationwide system where citizens have a say in what their taxes pay.

This system would have the potential to bring about a truly universal health care structure as opposed to having coverage and therefore lower out of pocket expense. Those who drive wouldn't have to have any of their taxes go toward transportation. Basically if you don't have a use for something then your taxes don't have to pay for it. Overall more people would be able to save more. Plus this could also very well help the growth of this economy.
