If there is an elected official that is required to vote on a budget, that budget has to be through the white house and excepted by the president no later than the 1st day of march of that year. The said budget must be a balanced budget meaning there is less spent than taken in. to achieve that goal, the first things cut are in order,
1st elected officials pay
2nd foreign aid
3rd big business tax breaks.
There should be absolutely no cuts to social security tax as that is a seporate tax and never ment for the government to pay for there luxuries out of.
