Honorable Mr.President on November 21 2014 laid out steps to modernize our immigration system, but so far all the items which are said by Mr.President has been watered down for the benefit of big corporations, lawyers and some government departments like USCIS.
1) Modernize Visa Bulletin -> Introduced but watered down saying USCIS will not accept the new charts added
2) Employment Authorization for Legal Immigrants -> Bill in review but watered down to include "Compelling Circumstances rule"
3) Change the country limit on greencard based on 21st century demands - Never talked about
4) Do not count spouse and children on highly skilled greencard numbers - Never talked about
5) Recoup all the greencard numbers from those who renounced and give to those waiting in line - Never talked about
