Implement federal tax incentives for voting to facilitate higher voter turnout.

Created by D.B. on November 13, 2012

With voter turn out standing at 57.2% in the 2012 down from 60.4% in 2008 incentives are needed to facilitate voter turnout. A federal tax write-off for voting would be a viable way to incentivize higher voter turn out.
