Implement the "Hope" and "Change" mandated by the people immediately through Executive Order.

The mandate is clear:

1. Rename the "Bill of Rights" the -Bill of Government Granted Privileges.
(These privileges should only be granted to those who pay a privilege tax and are identified through birth certificate, social security card, national ID, and DNA. Those who don't pay the tax have no privilege.)
2. Change the Pledge of Allegiance to read "One Nation Under Government.
3. Require all people to kneel while in the presence of the president.
