Real Estate industry author, speaker and trainer Kelle Sparta has written an open letter to President Obama on how to solve the current housing crisis.
Sparta's proposal describes a strategy to ensure that "those who made bad decisions get a chance to pay for those bad decisions without being destroyed by them".
The Sparta Plan changes a situation with the potential to trigger economic catastrophe into an opportunity for economic growth and recovery.
