Amend the Constitution (if necessary) to place clear limits on the contributions of individuals and corporations towards election campaigns.
And, make it illegal for would-be public office holders to accept money (campaign contributions or otherwise) from individuals who are not US citizens or private companies who are less than 51% owned by American citizens or public corporations who are not traded on a US stock exchange and have at least 51% ownership by American citizens.
