Ranked-choice instant run-off elections will allow voters to choose candidates that they believe best represents them without fear of not having their vote count if their candidate is eliminated from the race. This will eliminate the partisan deadlock by introducing more 3rd party and independent candidates into government and force the current prevailing political parties to work for the people they represent.
