Implement Judges rights to offer young offenders male or female, to enter the military instead of prison time.

Allow Judges to offer entrance into the military for young people breaking the law. Also for those young people without the minium high school education to enter the military. Allow Judges to make education GED or the equivalent as part of there parole to qualify for entrance into the military. Allow the military the opportunity to select these individuals into the areas best needed for our country's security.
