implement law of USA requiring at least 2 /6 or 3/ 9 or 3 of 12 of every juror on the jury, must be same race as victim

Affirmitive action for jury selection. There must be at least 2 out of 6, 3 out of 9 and 3 out of 12, jurors who share the same ethnicity as the alleged victim and as the alleged defendant. This will force American citizens to work together. It also gives both parties a sense of equality and fair shot at jsutice.
