Life , Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness and the Basic Necessity for Life is being denied to law abiding citizens when Utility Companies disconnect services for nonpayment or "overcharged" for services. In this economy thats an unrealistic "Code of Ethics". We need to rethink and disallow Utility Companies to Deny citizens Basic Necessities for Life that Endangers Lives all in the name of making money.
