Implement laws for all branches of government to insure all have Top Secret Security Clearances before taking office.

Neither the President of the United States nor Congress undergo Background/Security Clearance checks. They have excluded themselves from this requirement. Congress and our President must go be the same rules as the rest of our country. Political Parties could take on the burden of the cost of the investigation prior to primary elections. It is long overdue that Congress has felons, dead-beat dads and those with serious financial issues and hold their positions. It is time Congress goes by the same rules as those made for the rest of the Country. Think about it, there would be no questions about Obama's birth or Romney off shore accounts were they to have gone through such a background check.
