This petition seeks to take away the ability of states, specifically California, to impose restrictions on any of the following:
1) magazine capacity
2)"assault weapons"
3) 50. BMG weapons platforms
4) suppressors
5) Night vision weapon mountable optics
6) unapproved Handgun roster
7) unapproved "assault weapon" roster
As responsible gun owners, you have an obligation to rid the united states of the laws in place in states such as California that ban firearms and accessories in the name of safety have little if any effect on crime rates and homicide rates, and encourage "black market" firearms deals to circumvent the laws in place. I wish to see a California without these laws pushed forward by political agendas and nothing more. please help make this a reality
