Implement a mandatory 6% cost of living wage to combat rising health insurance costs

As a result of the upcoming Health Care reform policy, many people will see their costs related to health insurance the receive from their employer increase. In many cases, this will more than double the cost to the employee. I am asking that a mandatory 6% cost of living wage increase be implemented for all those affected to combat the increase in cost of health insurance.
