Implement mandatory death penalty for ALL cop killers in the United States

Since the start of the Obama administration at least 1185 law enforcement officer have been killed in the lin of duty across the United States. A clear and inexcusable lack of support for the law enforcement community has been displayed which has sent the message that it is ok to fight the police. This is unacceptable. Murdering a police officer should be a federal crime with a mandatory punishment of the death penalty. Killing a police officer is not and cannot be portrayed as excusable. All cop killers should be tried in federal court and sentenced to death. Assault on a law enforcement officer should result in life without the possibility of parole. End the massacre of US law enforcement officers!
