Many criminal legal cases are frustrating and confusing in their outcomes because of inadequate jury selection. Often times, there are racial biases which skew the end result, or verdict.
To keep criminal legal cases fair and just, it is important to realize that the justice system is only as effective as the jurors that are selected.
For this reason, it is crucial to have a diversity of jurors in every jury box from as many ethnic, cultural, and social walks of life.
We are asking the Obama administration to strengthen our legal system by implementing mandatory minimum racial diversity ratios for every criminal legal case which goes to trial.
