Servers across the country are barely making enough to support their families, living mostly only off of tips! These tips are not free, they get taxed on them as well as their income. Which more often than not is resulting in earning blank paychecks, because the taxes cut into the $2.13 an hour we get. Contrary to popular belief there are only a handful of states who actually pay these people hourly, and even then its only MINIMUM WAGE! Minimum wage to wait on YOU, hand and foot. Busting their butts to make you happy and they aren't even earning enough to feed their children and pay for housing! Please help these servers across the country by signing this, so maybe we can give them the money they truly deserve for serving the public!
