Implement Martial Law in places that have been threatened by hate groups resulting in death of officers or individuals

According the definition of Martial Law it is used during periods of civil unrest or chaos or during war. It is used to control society when there are parts of society that have become violent and creating additional threats to members of our law enforcement and posing dangers to the public. All of which are occurring now. Martial Law can be declared on both a national level and a state level. On the state level it has been implemented for uprising, political protests and riots, at various times. There are various types of martial law and the states or national government need assist the people from the violence. It has happened in recent years including riots in 1970 against the Vietnam war. The current dangers, especially to officers, has gravely become more sever than even those.
