Make a law that you cant make more than ten million dollars a year. Thats a lot of money, enough that people will still work hard to try to climb the corporate ladders. Now big shots arent going to want to just hand all that excess over to the government so they will invest more into their businesses. This means more jobs and better paid jobs. The number of people needing government assistance will significantly drop and people will want to work again because for the first time in a long time working will actually mean being able to take care of their families. The need for taxing will decrease since less people will need government asssistance, yet more people will be paying taxes
