An immediate call of action on behalf of We The People of this great nation is now needed more than ever. The burden is not solely our governments. Blame is not just on firearms but rather their ready availability and accessibility to persons with severe mental health issues. A swift, but intelligent action is necessary pertaining firearms , their safety and unregistered sale in this country.
1) A Mental Health Examination before a firearms purchase and ownership should be required and a mandatory renewal of said examination every 3-5 years or less. The right to bare arms is for all SANE, LAW ABIDING CITIZENS.
2)Harsher punishments for negligent gun owners.
3)Requirement of a Gun Safe or other secure firearm storage
4)Complete Ban of all unregistered firearm sales and trade nationwide
