Since the Re-election of United States President Barack Obama, many "Peacefully grant the State of ----- to withdraw from the United States of America and create its own NEW government." Petitions have been created. If you look though who is signing them, Majority of them have been signed by out of state users. They do not have the right to ask for a withdraw from the union on another states behalf. When one goes though (around the 27,000 number and go down by 8599 Signatures only 4542 from The State of Texas have signed it, all others are from out of state. One person has openly admitted the following "I've signed EVERY states petition, including my own, Texas. In order to thank those who signed ours that do not live in our state." This is a MATTER of a State and her residents, not others
