implement a national salary policy by establishing a macroeconomic mechanism that ensures both freedom and fairness.

Created by D.S. on October 26, 2011

We must implement a very bold national salary policy to increase efficiency and productivity by requiring all salaries to be 75% funded for contract work, 25% funded by stock ownership, and an additional 25% funded by meritocratic incentives. Corporations have the liberty to pay more than the minimum wage for contract work, determine stock ownership with workers and unions fairly, and establish their own meritocratic incentives to reward hard work and benefit corporate-labor prosperity.
