There are three ways to be distracted while driving. Visual (eyes off the road), Manual (hands off the wheel), and Cognitive (mind is in a different world), there are on average about 3,287 deaths a day in car accidents because of cellphones which include the three ways in being distracted while driving. According to CDC 69% of drivers ages 18-64 have said that they indeed do use their cellphones while handling a motor vehicle.
