Implement new incentives for the development of small business, funded by increasing taxes on the rich people.

Created by L.B. on October 20, 2011

One of the major concerns regarding social and economic equality refers to how America's wealthiest people are not treated equal in terms of revenue tax policy. One of the major obstacles to modify the law is based on the "trickle down economics" theory supported by the conservatives. This theory, along with the "rational markets" and "privatized social security" is obsolete in the light of the recent world economic crisis; therefore tax law must be changed, not to punish the rich, but to establish a more fair balance on the economy. By using this income to finance small business programs, we can guarantee a steady flow of new job creation throughout the country.
