To implement new laws for child support parents, instead of having them become felons.

To save Children and Families and give the parents a fresh start to be good role models for their kids!!! Such as jobs, housing and education thru the GOVERNMENT... Our Country help immigrants and will not help the citizens of our country many inmates will be better parents given the chance only if they can get jobs and that's where the problem is deeply rooted. The courts put fines on them they can't pay at the same time asking them to pay child support we need to find a way to get this right. This is not only important to me this is affecting many if not millions of Americans everyday. Give the children more than what have been taken away from them.
