All that is needed is a simple pie graph tax form. One that will allow people to put their federal tax money in a category or categories they choose. For example, education, infrastructure, defense, healthcare ect.
We the people can no longer allow the federal government to spend ALL our money/tax revenue however they choose. The details will obviosly need to be worked out, but the basis of the idea is clear.
