Damages from hurricanes have been severely harming the American economy and people, and will continue to worsen. We propose the implementation of a plan to eliminate tropical cyclones like hurricanes before they cause damage. Utilizing organic magnetic gas, it is possible to use a low-power non-lethal satellite laser to manipulate atmosphere pockets into wind shears, which have been observed to stop tropical cyclones. With this technology, we can prevent devastations like superstorm Sandy and Hurricane Katrina from further harming American lives and business.
