We are petitioning the White House to immediately implement policies that will permanently take oil, fuel and gasoline off of the commodities market and also make speculation for such resources illegal. In addition, the following should also be a part of this legislation. Pricing for gasoline and other fuels for public use will be controlled and kept at levels that do not cause harm or impact the countries economy. Oil companies will be penalized by fines or taxes when they purposely hold fuel from American consumers to only ship fuel produced here overseas to keep the price of fuels in the USA artificially inflated. There will no longer be an artifical increase inprices for "additives" based on the season, the changes will be made with little or no effect on the price of gasoline.
