Implement Policy to Lower the Costs of Pharmaceutical Drugs

We the people are demanding the need to create policy to reduce the costs of pharmaceutical drugs. Where we stand right now, the costs are at an all-time high and are set to continue to rise. Americans spend $370 billion on prescription drugs. It is imperative that we are able to afford medications without the companies over charging us to pursue treatment . Importation regulations should be scaled back on to allow the people access to more cost efficient medications. Pharmaceutical companies also need to be held responsible for there monopolistic doings through implemented policy. It is with urgency we request that policy is put into place to lower prescription drugs and keep the healthcare costs down.
