Without ambiguity the US Constitution objective is to limit the powers of government, not to delineate The Peoples freedoms.
Recent taxes (Affordable Care Act, Firearms, Gasoline, Cigarettes, Cars, etc.) have been imposed to FORCE The People to make the choice the Government wants. This is CLEARLY not what Taxes are for and is, without exception, an violation of the essence of the Constitution, OUR rights and the very definition on Tyranny.
This petition is to implement laws that CLEARLY state NO Tax shall be imposed beyond the general nature. A product, service (or LACK of) can result is a tax designed to influence choice or behavior. All taxes MUST be equal (i.e. 9% on any product).
This law would invalidate "Obama Care" as the tax would violate the law.
