The popular vote needs to be forefront when deciding on our Presidential candidates. The current condition of our voting system is flawed and in dire need of overhaul. So let's start to mend the system with the popular being instilled. Consider this petition a starting point to addressing all the other things wrong with our voting infrastructure. This can all be remedied over time, all it takes is admiting the fact its broke.
