Implement programs to prevent the continued bullying and abuse by leaders in the military against their subordinates.

Military leaders in all branches have been getting away with unfair and cruel treatment of their subordinates. This happens all to often and when it does, the leaders are often reassigned with no other discipline to follow suit. The cover up of such individuals should be illegal and harsh consequences should be considered. Reprisals are all to common with not enough Inspector General action. Although the military does have some great leaders, this petition is for those few that exercise their power in a negative way.
