Implement random drug testing

Created by M.H. on March 26, 2012

If employers can implement random drug testing to employees, then people who receive welfare from the federal government should be required by law to receive a drug test and pass in order to receive the benefits. Many people who receive any type of welfare such as: section 8 paying for rent, food stamps, or medicaid can find loopals to receive the money when it is not necessary. The money gained from the federal government is then never tracked and could be spent on anything such as drugs or alcohol. If a drug test is implemented to those who receive welfare, they must pass the test in order to receive the benefits.
