Most of the presidents from the past had notorious reasons for entering wars and pledge the lives of innocent people in return. To correct this problem, a country as the USA will need to have as its President the unique lifesaver instead of a life taker. So to diminish these, is to have the University offer the program for the President of the USA in the curriculum.
