Implement Real Voting Reforms Throughout the United States Before the Next Election

Created by R.M. on November 14, 2012

We, the undersigned, ask that the Obama administration form a committee to implement mandatory changes in all states for the 2016 elections. This committee should focus on modernizing our voting system to allow for easier, more accessible voting.

We propose that they consider the following issues:
1. Reform or Abolition of the Electoral College to Make Every Vote Count
2. Standardized Voting from State to State
3. Implementation of an Internet Voting System Using Individual ID Codes to Prevent Fraud and Widen Accessibility
4. Implementation of a Non-Partisan or Bi-Partisan Oversight Committee to Oversee Protocols
5. Legal Restrictions Preventing Candidates from Ownership in Any Part of Companies Involved in the Counting of Votes

A Democratic Republic should count every citizen's vote.
