Implement regulation which mandates valid picture identification proving US citizenship to vote in US elections.

Created by R.B. on April 09, 2013

Citizenship is required to participate in US elections. Yet many states do not require picture identification from voters at polling places. As this is a matter of ensuring the integrity of one of the fundamental pillars of our system of government, it should not be optional. All elections must mandate proof of citizenship for participation.
