Implement the requirements of the state of Illinois when older people renew their driver license all across the U.S.

There are too many elderly people who are getting into car accidents and hurting themselves or innocent bi standards. And also taking their lives or other innocent peoples lives too. Due to several reasons and health issues it makes it impair for them to drive safe. If there would be a road test to check for driving skills in every renewal at the age of 75, maybe there would be a lot of lives saved instead of them becoming statistics. If one state implemented these requirements then all the other states should do the same.... for safety reasons!
