National Gun Safety Laws Proposals
1. Ban the sale of all automatic weapons and high capacity ammunition clips.
2. Ban the sale of all guns and weaponry through the medium of Gun Shows, Mail Order and the Internet.
3. Require extensive and comprehensive background checks for all individuals seeking to purchase guns.
4. Ban the interstate sale and trafficking of guns and ammunition.
5. Require two-year certification of gun permits and safety rules and regulations.
6. Establish a centralized nationally control gun database.
7. Implement hefty fines, imprisonment and/or forfeitures of all gun ownership for any weaponry used in the commission of a crime.
