Implement steps which enable the American public to ensure their vote counts and is counted.

The federal government mandate and standardize ballots across all 50 states with the following requirement.

All ballots which include national elections or national issues will include a "tear off" receipt which the voter will retain. Each ballot will be uniquely numbered on the main body of the ballot as well as on the receipt.

Each State will provide an online mechanism for voters to review individual ballots along with the unique identifier on each ballot.

This will create a transparency which is currently lacking in the voting process while protecting anonymity of the voter.
