The pursuit of home ownership is accompanied by decisions regarding school and daycare opportunity, strength of home investment, and personal comfort within the home and community. Home ownership is; therefore, as much of a personal investment as it is a financial investment. Such investments should not be undermined by Home Owner Associations and Property Management groups that operate unjustly and unethically, forcing homeowner compliance through the threat of attorney fees and/or home liens against property. When fair, unbiased and adequate service is not rendered, homeowners must seek legal counsel, as there is no governing agency from which to request moderator assistance. Those who cannot afford such, become enslaved by the tyranny of HOA and Property Management Groups.
