Currently most tax benefits goes to very rich and big corporation. Profits are locked abroad and companies have heavy lobby for corporate tax holiday to bring their profit to us. There is many talks about equality in Wealth. There are millions of workers who have worked hard for years to build 401K accounts. It is sitting at dangerous time in volatile markets controlled by most wealthy market players. It is important to create one time tax holiday for them to convert these 401K accounts with tax rate equal to capital gain rather than at income tax rate. It will give them incentive convert and spend, benefiting our economy. The tax revenue is loss is future but it will be replace by growing economy.
