Implement a tax penalty on any and all U.S. corporations that send jobs overseas.

Implement a substantial tax or penalty on any and all U.S. corporations that send jobs overseas to reduce the lure of insanely huge profits off of sweatshops and close to slave labor in unregulated countries. This would create incentive to keep the jobs in the United States, and if the corporations don't like it, they have the option and right to "self deport" to one of these said countries.
