We the people respectfully request that the Federal Government enact legislation to prevent tax refunds in excess of the amount of taxes paid. Regardless of the amount of credits and deductions no person, couple, or group shall make money off of the tax system. Refunds maybe up to the amount of taxes paid by those filing, but shall never be in excess of that amount.
