implement term limits for Congress.

The American people are tired of the partisan gridlock in Washington. The President of the United States has a 2 term limit. We expect the same of our Congress. Nothing gets accomplished in Washington anymore because Congress puts their careers before the American people. They are supposed to be public servants.
