Implement term limits for the house of representatives to two terms and two terms for the senate.

Created by R.M. on January 19, 2013

Currently both the House of Representatives and the US Senate do not implement term limits for the elected members. However throughout the United States many local governments implement term limits to allow for a cycle of new ideas and thoughts to enter the government and be more reflective of the population electing the individual. Term limits allow for new generations of leaders to grow.
